Why would anyone complain about a lack of support, in light of a free upgrade, to the latest edition of FSX-SE?

The community should be supporting DEVS that are passionate about their product. Its an expensive add on but not worth a bean without support. While that doesn't absolve the absentee developer from their responsibilities. Those that didn't oftentimes received help from the community. The vast majority had FSPassengersX working just fine. The dev will vanish after a month just wait and see. I never got mine working right and did my money. He left everyone high and dry for years and zero support.
